Assist. Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Nilüfer UMAR

Dr. Çiğdem Nilüfer Umar has been working as an educator for thirty-three years. He has been continuing the last 15 years of this period on the education of gifted and talented individuals and the support of their families. He received his PhD degree from Istanbul University Institute of Educational Sciences in the field of Gifted Education. He has continued his studies as a visiting scholar with scholarship at the University of Arizona, the University of Iowa and the Universities of Georgia. In 2017, he was awarded the “Best Private Researcher of the Year 2017 Award” at an international congress held in Jerusalem, Israel. Currently, he is working as a faculty member at the Department of Special Education of the Faculty of Education of Çanakkale March 18 University. There are many articles and book chapters in the field of education. Research and study topics include; education of the gifted and talented, creative thinking and development, creative problem solving skills for the future, talent identification and management in organizations, learning disabilities and creative reading Dec. He is actively working in many national and international educational platforms and foundations. He has worked as a project manager, supervisor, researcher and consultant in scientific projects within the scope of TUBITAK, ISTKA, Ministry of National Education on children, disadvantaged children, gifted people, managers, creativity. Umar, which carries out projects for individuals with disabilities and their families within the scope of social responsibility projects, also carries out projects for the education of individuals with autism within the scope of the EU, Erasmus+. The American Psychological Association (APA) has brought the publications of the Department of Gifted and Talented to our language. European Council for High Ability (ECHA)_ Member of the European Council for Highly Gifted Children, World Council for Gifted and Talented Children_ Member of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children, Future Problem Solving Program international_ is the Arizona State assessor of the International Future-Based Problem Solving Program. Combining his hobby of learning languages and experiencing living with different cultures with his hobbies of amateur photography, acting and amateur writing, Umar has made it his mission to meet and touch the lives of women and children in different geographies (Nepal, India, Palestine, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia). It supports both children and their families to maintain life as peaceful and healthy individuals with the talents of all children on Earth.

Prof. Dr. Begum ÖZ

Dr. Begum Öz, from the central part of the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts of Bilkent University after graduation, she completed her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral studies at Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education, Department of Music Education. She conducted research on programming languages and software programs in music with her master's thesis titled ”Computer-Aided Statistical Analysis of Traditional Turkish Art Music Works and an Algorithmic Composition Sample". She developed a special model on etude composition with the thesis ”Etude Writing Model Created for the Performance of Traditional Turkish Music Works in Flute Education and the Effects of Original Etudes Composed with This Model on Student Achievement". in 2016, she was commissioned by the Ministry of National Education to write the “Flute Program of Secondary Fine Arts High School Music Teaching Programs”. Currently, the program developed by Begum Oz is being taught. Oz, who has gained experience from the entire educational process of her son with autism, who plays the piano and paints, works with theses, articles and papers on the music education of children who learn differently. Öz, who works as an expert in various associations, Çanakkale Onsekiz March University Faculty of Education Department of Fine Arts Education. She continues to serve as the chairman and flute faculty member of the Department of Music Education

Lecturer Didem Sevgi AVCI

She completed her language degree at Ankara University/ Faculty of Language and History Geography / English Language and Literature program, then she studied Cultural Foundations of Education at Ankara University Institute of Educational Sciences for her master's degree. Avcı, who is currently continuing his studies at the Department of Educational Sciences at the Institute of Education of Çanakkale Onsekiz March University, is at the stage of a doctoral dissertation. Didem Sevgi Avcı, who has been serving as a teacher officer in the Turkish Air Force for many years, is a linguist who has been working as a Lecturer in Preparatory Education at Çanakkale Onsekiz March University/ School of Foreign Languages since 2017.

Prof. Dr. Cevdet CENGIZ

Cevdet CENGIZ is a faculty member of Çanakkale Onsekiz March University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Education, Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching, he completed his Master's degree (2007) and PhD degree (2011) at the same university. After his undergraduate education, he worked as a specialist teacher in the Ministry of National Education in the General Directorate of Teaching and Secondary Education in different types of schools for 11 years, and then started working at Çanakkale Onsekiz March University. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2017 and the title of Professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sports in 2022. in 2013, he worked as an invited lecturer at Georgia State University, USA for 3 months, and in 2019-2020 at Nara Education University, Japan for 11 months. He is currently working in the department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching. Cevdet CENGIZ's special interests:

Associate Professor Dr. Çetin TORAMAN

Çetin Toraman is a specialist in educational sciences. Çetin Toraman received a bachelor's degree in guidance and psychological counseling, a master's degree in measurement and evaluation in education, as well as educational programs and teaching. He completed his doctoral studies in two different fields: research methods and statistics in education, as well as educational programs and teaching. He is currently working as an associate professor at the Department of Medical Education of the Faculty of Medicine of Çanakkale Onsekiz March University. Special interests of Çetin Toraman:

Associate Professor Dr. Murat TEKİN

Murat TEKIN is a faculty member of Çanakkale Onsekiz March University Faculty of Medicine. After finishing medical school, he worked in health January for about 3 years as a general practitioner. He received his specialization in the field of Family Medicine. After specialization, he worked as a Family Physician at the Family Health Center in Artvin provincial center and in Şavşat district for about 3 years for 3 years. Marched Mayıs District State Hospital for 1 year after working as a specialist physician, he started to work as a Faculty Member at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his master's degree in Medical Education, he received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Medical Education. He is currently working in the Department of Family Medicine and the Department of Medical Education. Murat Tekin's special interests:

Associate Professor Dr. Levent ÇETİNKAYA

Dr. Levent Çetinkaya is an Associate Professor at Çanakkale Onsekiz March University Faculty of Education, Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies. He completed his doctorate at Ankara University with his thesis on “Design Principles of Web Environments for Content-Adaptive Education”. Dr. Çetinkaya has an outstanding research and publication background in various fields such as technology integration in education, ICT literacy, the use of mobile social networks in education, adaptive learning environments, telemedicine, e-health and cyber security. also dr. Çetinkaya leads artificial intelligence projects to improve data analysis in medicine, improve educational frameworks and patient care. Her research also includes Deconstructive technologies in inclusive education, which explores how technology can support students with special needs through adaptations, technology-based teaching strategies and assistive technologies.
